PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEMORIAL PARK COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN,

GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN

TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2015

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a MEMORIAL PARK COMMITTEE MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties will be held on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2015 at 6:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay St. Hazel Green WI 53811, if necessary.  The final agenda for said meeting is consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay Street, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Drop box for discarded flags.
5. Activities for 2016 event:
   1. Raffle Prizes.
   2. Parade.
   3. Letter to businesses.
   4. Auction.
   5. Volunteers.
   6. Advertising
6. Share night @ Culver’s in Galena.
7. Adjournment
