PUBLIC NOTICE OF BID OPENING FOR THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN
TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2016 FOR
2016 SOUTH MAIN STREET WATERMAIN PROJECT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a bid opening for the above named project will be held at Hazel Green Municipal Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday,
August 16, 2016 by Keith Dalsing of KD Engineering firm of Dodgeville, WI.
The purpose of this notice is to advise the public and media, as required under Badke v. Village of Greendale and the Open Meeting Law of the State of Wisconsin, that at least one-half of the full membership of the Village Board of the Village of Hazel Green may be in attendance at the above-described bid opening.
Board Members (including a quorum) will not take any action as Board members or as a Board at the meeting.
