PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a MEMORIAL PARK COMMITTEE MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties will be held on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay St,. Hazel Green WI 53811, if necessary. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay Street, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.
- Call to Order.
- Roll Call.
- Proof of giving notice.
- Chili cook-off fundraiser.
- Mailing of pamphlets and thank you’s.
- Items for booth at Christmas craft fair.
- Fundraising of a sport tickets for raffle.
- Discussion on a consignment auction to benefit the Veterans Park.
- Upcoming culvers share night.
- Discussion on raffle items and prizes for 2019 event.
- Adjournment.
