PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 2017

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Special Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
  6. Approval of March 21st, 23rd, and 29th minutes.
  7. Public input.
  8. Communications.
  9. Clerk.
  10. Reports of Village officers.
  11. Director of Public Works report.
  12. Village reports.
  13. Bills.
  14. Unfinished Business:
  15. Training for Civic Software in June.
  16. New Business
  17. Approve recommendations from streets committee.
  18. Milling S Main Street in 2017.
  19. Change project location for LRIP funds.
  20. Approve recommendations from Rec Park committee.
