PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2019

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Special Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, JANUARY 8, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Pledge of allegiance.
5. Minutes of previous meeting.
   1. Approval of December 18^th minutes.
6. Public input.
7. Communications.
   1. Clerk.
8. Reports of Village officers.
   1. Director of Public Works report.
   2. Law Enforcement report.
9. Village reports.
   1. Bills.
10. Unfinished Business:
    1. None.
11. New Business:
    1. CSM for Joyce Schueller.
    2. Bicenntienial CD, need to increase amount to keep CD open at bank.
    3. Proclamation regarding human trafficking.
    4. Closed session to discuss TIF property on the west side of Hwy 80/11 per 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
