PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2022

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay St. Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

Social distancing will be enforced, and a face covering is required in Village Hall.

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of Allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
    1. Approval of December 7th & 20th
  6. Public input.
    1. Communications – Clerk.
  8. Reports of Village officers.
    1. Director of Public Works report.
    2. Law Enforcement report.
  9. Village reports.
    1. Bills.

    1. Flea market for May 20-22, 2022.
    2. Projection system in community room.
    3. Pay request for Mowry’s for Country Valley Heights.
    4. Pay request for MP Systems for Sunshine Acres.
    5. Approve purchase of new backhoe.
    6. Approve purchase of new utility truck.
    7. Ice skating rink for the community.
    8. Parking on 23rd Street in Country Valley.
    9. Ordinance for burning after storms.
    10. Extend sidewalk at 1510 W Fairplay St to the west.
    11. Approve Crystal Riniker for an election inspector.
    12. Approve boys’ baseball to schedule a game at Helfaer field.
