PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant/Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin Tuesday, March 8, 2022 @ 6:00 p.m. 1610 Fairplay St, Hazel Green, WI

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes.  The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at

1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.

    1. Approval of February 8th,10th & 21st, minutes.

    2. January 2022 financials.
  10. Unfinished Business:
    1. Possibly rescind motion to Extend sidewalk at 1510 W Fairplay St to the west.
    2. Extend sidewalk at 1510 W Fairplay St to the west.
  11. New Business:
    1. Presentation from Cuba City Telephone looking for community support to install fiber in village limits.
    2. Presentation from ComElec about their plans for installing fiber in village limits.
    3. Right of first refusal on property located to the west of the TIF on the north end of village limits.
    4. Pay request for MP Systems for Sunshine Acres.
    5. Heat Exchanger for basement furnace in RBC building.
    6. Maintenance item for garage doors at the shop.
    7. Approval to sell 2011 Chevy Silverado utility truck.
    8. Approve updates to employee policy manual.
    9. Ordinance for regulating telecommunications facilities in public rights-of-way
    10. Electric grid at north end of village.
    11. New computers for the office and police department.
    12. Purchase of credit card readers for the village.
    13. Purchase of clear touch white board.
    14. Approve CSM for 1425 22nd Street & 1510 21st
    15. Recommendation to appoint Becky Burbach to the Memorial Park committee.
    16. Recommendation to appoint Kim Jasper to the Library board for a 3-year term.
    17. Operators permit.
