PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant/Lafayette counties, Wisconsin To be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters and will be held at 1610 Fairplay St, Hazel Green, WI 53811. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.
- Call to order.
- Roll call.
- Proof of giving notice.
- Re-zone a portion of parcel 136-00475-0140 from M-1 Industrial to C-2 Commercial Highway. This parcel would be the future home of Dollar General.
- Review fees that are listed in chapter 14 of the ordinance book and fees set forth by the building inspector.
- Adjournment.
