ZONING APPEALS BOARD MEETING

 

PUBLIC NOTICE OF A ZONING APPEALS BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN,

GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN

TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 AT 6:00 P.M.

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a ZONING APPEALS BOARD MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties will be held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in the Village Board room at 1610 Fairplay. The final agenda for said meeting is consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Public hearing at 6:00 p.m.
  5. Consider variance request to allow for an accessory building where a principal structure is not present and to possibly reduce the setbacks for a garage from the rear property line at 1720 23rd
  6. Adjournment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hazel Green will be convening to consider the variance requests for the following described properties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on said matters for variance requests will be held at the Village Hall in the Village of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th day of September, 2015, at which time opportunity to be heard will be given to all persons desiring to be heard on the following matters:

Description of property for Tom & Mary Robson:

Hazel Green, WI 53811

A variance is requested for a possible setback requirement for the rear property line to construct a garage

A variance request to allow for an accessory building where no principal structure is present on the lot.
