NOTICE OF VERIFICATION MEETING AND DRAWING OF LOTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Village Clerk of the Village of Hazel Green will hold a meeting on February 17, 2016, at 3:45 p.m. at the Village Hall in the Village of Hazel Green , Grant and Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin, for the purpose of verifying the declarations of candidacy submitted for the Village Board Election to be held on April 5, 2016 in the Village of Hazel Green.
PLEASE TAKE FUTHER NOTICE that, immediately following the verification, the undersigned will supervise the drawing of lots to determine the order of the candidates’ names as they will appear on the ballot at the election.
