NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Hazel Green will be convening to consider the variance requests for the following described property.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at the Village Hall of the Municipal Building located at 1610 Fairplay in the Village of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following item. Person or persons interested in reviewing the detailed land description should contact the Village of Hazel Green Municipal Office, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI 53811.
All interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard at that time on the following matter:
Petition #2017-001 from Innovative Ag Services is requesting the following variances at 1515 26th Street:
- Allow the front yard setback to be 31’ instead of 50’
- Allow for the north side yard variance to be 36’ instead of 40’
- Allow an accessory structure (gantry) to be in the front yard instead of the rear yard
