PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4, 2018

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a special board meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at

6:30 P.M. in the Village Board room at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Pledge of allegiance.
5. Minutes of previous meeting.
   1. March 6^th, 7^th & 20^th minutes.
6. Public input.

   1. Clerk.
8. Reports of Village officers.
   1. Director of Public Works report.

    1. Bids for repairing Crawford Lane.
    2. Bids for streets to repair.
    3. Bids to recondition the pond at the wastewater treatment plant.
    4. Bids for the roof at wastewater treatment plant.
    5. Purchase of equipment (saw & vibrating plate).
    6. Bids for community room.
    7. Letter of credit for investments at Dupaco Community Credit.
    8. Operator’s license.
