PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 5, 2018

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 5, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Pledge of allegiance.
5. Minutes of previous meeting.
   1. Approval of May 15^th & 17^th minutes.
6. Public input.
7. Communications.
   1. Clerk.
8. Reports of Village officers.
   1. Director of Public Works report.
   2. Law Enforcement report.
9. Village reports.
   1. Bills.
10. Unfinished Business:

    1. Close street for puppet show on June 16.
    2. Consideration of and action on approving an offer to purchase real estate.
    3. Recognize volunteers that helped with the shed @ rec park
    4. Resolution 2018-03 CMAR report
    5. Phosphorus portion of wastewater permit.
    6. Review refuse contract with Republic Services.
    7. Roll-off for pole shed.
    8. Fire department dance permit.
    9. Close street for fire department street dance on June 30.
