PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2019

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of Allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
    1. Approval of October 8th.
  6. Public input.
  7. Communications.
    1. Clerk.
  8. Reports of Village officers.
    1. Director of Public Works report.
    2. Law Enforcement report.
  9. Village reports.
    1. Bills.
  10. Unfinished Business:
    1. Playground equipment at Rec Park.
    2. Ordinance to update sewer rates.
    3. Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Rec Park.
  11. New Business:
    1. Letter for Country Valley Estates.
    2. Approval agreement with the State for STH 11 project.
    3. Window for the public in law enforcement office.
    4. Ordinance for monitoring and surveillance records.
    5. Recommendations from Personnel Committee:
        1. Vacation Policy
        2. Phone Usage Policy
    6. Open accounts with Apple River State Bank.
    7. Operator’s license.
    8. Change December meeting date to December 3.
