PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2020

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. virtually via zoom.com. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of Allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
    1. Approval of April 14th, 28th and May 5th.
  6. Public input.
  7.  Communications – Clerk.
  8. Reports of Village officers.
    1. Director of Public Works report.
    2. Law Enforcement report.
  9. Village reports.
    1. Bills.
  10. Unfinished Business: None.
  11. New Business:

a. Consider lowering Liquor license fees for 2020-2021.

b. Ordinance temporarily amending alcohol beverage licensing fees, amending operators’ licenses and fees, and creating a section related to provisional alcohol licenses and establishing a fee.

c. Review condemning process for dilapidated home at 22nd & Church Street.

d. Water issue from Mills Subdivision into St Francis de Sales cemetery.

e. Purchase John Deere lawn mower.

f. Village committees.

g. Ordinance 2020-03 Communicable diseases.

i. Recommend sending to Plan Commission to amend ordinance 14.19(2)(d) Residential Fence Restrictions.

j. Recommend sending to Plan Commission to amend ordinance 14.14(10) Fence restrictions in the A-2 district.

k. Schedule Rec Park committee meeting.

l. Schedule a Plan Commission meeting.

12. Adjournment.
