PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant/Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin Tuesday, July 12, 2022 @ 6:00 p.m. 1610 Fairplay St, Hazel Green, WI

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes.  The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to

24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of Allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
    1. Approval of June 12th , 30th and July 5th
  6. Public input.
    1. Communication.
  8. Reports of Village officers.
    1. Director of Public Works report.

  11. New Business:
    1. Provisional Class B beer & liquor license for Gangsters.
    2. Cigarette license for Hard Scrabble Antiques.
    3. Change time for ATV usage to match Grant County.
    4. Introduction of a Resolution to Vacate And Discontinue A Portion Of Industrial Court In The Village Of Hazel Green, Grant County, Wisconsin.
    5. Consideration of and action on authorizing K. D. Engineering to prepare legal descriptions of the easements located adjacent to the Industrial Court cul de sac (10-foot-wide easement) and on the line between Lots 2 and 3 of the Industrial Park Subdivision Plat (20-foot easement).
    6. Change night of board meetings.
    7. Discussion on issuing class B alcohol licenses.
    8. Pay request for retainage for Wiederholt Enterprises for Sunshine Acres project.
    9. Pay request for Iverson Construction for Country Valley Heights.
    10. Use money at Dupaco set aside for Country Valley project.
    11. Approve obtaining quotes from electrical engineers to reconfigure the Village’s electrical to go from 2400 volts to 7200 volts.
    12. Propane contract for WWTP and water plant and the possibility of buying propane tanks.
    13. Approval for a new website for the Village website.
    14. Approval for down payment of The Michael Mikrut Band for 2023 Memorial Park event.
    15. Approval for Hazel Green Heroes Program for banners on the light poles on Main Street.
    16. Send CSM for 3905 N Percival St to plan commission to be re-zoned to residential.
    17. Sell old trencher on WI Surplus.
    18. Sell backhoe on WI Surplus.
    19. Invest funds in a certificate of deposit.
    20. Disposal of industrial park sign concrete.
    21. 2023 Road aid from Grant County.
    22. Change meeting date for August.
    23. Operator’s license.
  12. Adjournment.
