PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant/Lafayette counties, Wisconsin To be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters and will be held at 1610 Fairplay St, Hazel Green, WI 53811. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.
- Call to order.
- Roll call.
- Proof of giving notice.
- Re-zone a portion of 3905 N Percival St from A-2 Single Family Agricultural to R-2 Single Family residential.
- Consideration of and action on recommending vacation and discontinuance of cul-de-sac on Industrial Drive
- Consideration of and action on recommending vacation and discontinuance of easements located adjacent to the Industrial Court cul de sac (10-foot-wide easement) and on the line between Lots 2 and 3 of the Industrial Park Subdivision Plat (20-foot easement).
