PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant/Lafayette Counties, Wisconsin Wednesday, February 15, 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. 1610 Fairplay St, Hazel Green, WI

 

 

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes.  The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

 

  1. Call to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Proof of giving notice.
  4. Pledge of Allegiance.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
    1. Approval of January 18th & 23rd meeting minutes.
  6. Public input.
    1. Clerk.
  8. Reports of Village officers.
    1. Director of Public Works report.
    2. Law Enforcement report.
  9. Village reports.
    1. Bills.
    2. Finacials.
  10. Unfinished Business: None.
  11. New Business:
  12. Approval for Hwy 11 & the Heights subdivision improvements in 2025.
  13. Approval for Delta 3 to administer & apply for the TAP grant from the WI DOT.
  14. Resolution for TAP grant.
  15. Approval for Delta 3 to facilitate an income study to residents in the Heights subdivision.
  16. Approval for Delta 3 to engineer the Heights subdivision for CDBG funds.
  17. Approval to hire Delta 3 to apply for CDBG funding for the Heights subdivision.
  18. Blacktop a portion of the driveway leading to the pole shed.
  19. Resolution to support refund for Lafayette EMS.
  20. Review proposals for generators for village properties.
  21. Approve instructor training for Officer Clark.
  22. Closed session pursuant to Wis Stat Sec 19.85(1)(c) which permits convening in closed session for performance evaluation of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercised responsibility.
