 PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN,

GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Pledge of allegiance.
5. Minutes of previous meeting.
   1. Approval of September 1^st & 9^th minutes.
6. Public input.
7. Communications.
8. Reports of Village officers.
   1. Director of Public Works report.
9. Village reports.
   1. Bills.
   2. Receipts.
10. Unfinished Business –
    1. Braille signs for Village Hall.
11. New Business –
    1. Bid opening for 21^st Street water main.
    2. Pay Request #1 for Owen’s Excavating.
    3. Health/Dental Insurance for employees.
    4. GCEDC – September 23 – Cassville.
    5. Set date for finance committee meeting.
    6. Close session per WI stats 19.85(1)(c) personnel matters – wages.
    7. Reconvene in open session.
    8. Action in closed session.
