PUBLIC NOTICE OF HAZEL GREEN ATV/UTV COMMITTEE MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN ATV/UTV COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN,
GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 15, 2017
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that An ATV/UTV COMMITTEE MEETING of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties will be held on WEDNESDAY MARCH 15, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. at Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay St. Hazel Green WI 53811, if necessary. The final agenda for said meeting is consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay Street, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.
- Call to Order.
- Roll Call.
- Proof of giving notice.
- Public input.
- Review ordinance for additional ATV/UTV route(s) and rules pertaining to ATV/UTV. Including wearing helmets, headlights/taillights, speed limit, insurance coverage, signage for streets, etc.
- Adjournment.
It is possible a quorum of the Village Board may be at this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Village Board and must be noticed as such, although the Board will not take any formal actions at this meeting.
