Water / Wastewater Operator

The Village is accepting resumes with references for the position of water/wastewater operator in the public works department. Resumes can be mailed to Village Hall, PO Box 367, Hazel Green, WI 53811 or emailed to clerk@villageofhazelgreen.org.

Candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent, water/wastewater licenses required within 18 months of hiring, be able or willing to learn, to operate small & large equipment and vehicles, knowledge of equipment/vehicle maintenance, basic computer knowledge, knowledge of street repairs is a plus.  Willing to work weekends, holidays and being called out for emergencies.  CDL license is required.

Water/wastewater qualifications a plus. Compensation is $20-23/hr depending on qualifications.  Excellent benefit package. EOE
