PUBLIC NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF HAZEL GREEN, GRANT/LAFAYETTE COUNTIES, WISCONSIN TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2019

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84, of the Wisconsin Statutes, that a Regular Board Meeting of the Village of Hazel Green, Grant & Lafayette counties will be held on TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the Hazel Green Village Hall, 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI. The final agenda for said meeting is of consideration of the following matters. Any additions to this agenda may be posted on the bulletin board at 1610 Fairplay, Hazel Green, WI up to 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Proof of giving notice.
4. Pledge of Allegiance.
5. Minutes of previous meeting.
   1. Approval of July 9, August 6^th, 8^th and 13^th
6. Public input.
7. Communications.
   1. Clerk.
8. Reports of Village officers.
   1. Director of Public Works report.
   2. Law Enforcement report.
9. Village reports.
   1. Bills.
10. Unfinished Business:
    1. Equipment from Access.
    2. Security cameras for the building.
11. New Business:
    1. CSM for Karen Wiederholt.
    2. Provisional alcohol license for Wigwam.
    3. Dance Permit for the Wigwam.
    4. Restrict parking on 23^rd (east of Church St) to allow parking on the south side only.
    5. Agreement with Grant County for cost sharing of voting equipment.
    6. Recommendations from Plan commission.
    7. Recommendations from Memorial Park.
    8. Review audited financial statements from Johnson Block.
